Your accounts and data

You own your Microsoft or Google account, your data and every password at all times. When you leave, we hand everything over to you, along with the documentation of how your systems are set up.

Support and response times

Support is provided Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, excluding bank holidays. Emergencies are covered 24 hours a day, every day. An emergency is a security incident such as a hacked account or ransomware, or a fault that stops your business working, such as everyone being unable to access email or files. Response times are the targets for your plan, as shown on our website, measured during support hours unless your plan states otherwise. Unlimited remote support is subject to fair and reasonable use for the size of your plan. Projects such as office moves, migrations and new installations are quoted separately.

Contractors and suppliers

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings.

We are not responsible for loss caused by third-party products or services (such as Microsoft, Google, internet providers or hardware manufacturers), by following your instructions, or by changes made by anyone other than us.

Our total liability to you in any 12-month period, whether in contract, negligence or otherwise, is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

Your service agreement may set out further terms. Where it does, it takes priority over this section.
